Pet Portrait Prices

Pet portraits are supplied unframed.  Frame selection is a very personal decision and must, of course, suit your individual style and home decor. 

Pet portrait prices as listed above do not include backgrounds (i.e. landscapes, etc) although backgrounds can certainly be done for an additional fee.

Equine portrait prices as listed above do not include additional equipment (i.e. halters, bridles, saddles, etc).  If you have a requirement for an equine portrait including a double bridle, saddle, etc please contact me either via telephone on 0418 952 201 or via email.  Pricing for equipment is calculated on a complexity basis but is not prohibitive so please do not hesitate to enquire.

Pet portrait sizes can be altered to your specific requirements.  Please either phone or email me to obtain pricing on alternative pet portrait sizes.

Pet Portrait Shipping

Pet portrait prices indicated above do not include shipping expenses.  Generally within Australia the cost to have a pet portrait delivered securely in a solid protective tube via registered and insured Australia Post mail is A$20 - or you are most welcome to arrange collection of your pet portrait in person.  If you require delivery to a destination outside of Australia, please email me with the delivery address and I will obtain delivery prices and advise you accordingly.  Please note that I do not charge a handling fee - I only pass on the cost of delivery and packaging materials.

Pet Portrait Lead Times

Pet portraits typically take 4 weeks from receipt of your photograph, though this can vary depending on my current commission workload and deadlines.  Please contact me either via mobile 0418 952 201 (from within Australia only) or via email to obtain an exact lead time. 

Please be advised that if you have a specific date that must be met please contact me and I will advise whether, or not, I can meet your deadline.

 Pet Portrait Payment

A deposit of A$100 (or equivalent if you are located outside of Australia) is required prior to the commencement of your pet portrait.  The deposit is non-refundable once your pet portrait has been commenced.  If, however, you have placed a deposit with me and you change your mind and your pet portrait has not been commenced I will happily refund your money in full.

Once your pet portrait is complete final approval of your artwork is required.  Once you fully approve of your pet portrait you will be required to pay the balance of monies due including any shipping expenses that may be required prior to the collection/despatch of your pet portrait. 

Your pet portrait will be published on a dedicated page on this website for you to view and approve.  If you do not have access to the internet a photograph of your pet portrait can be mailed to you for your approval, or if you reside local to Lilydale Victoria you can view your pet portrait in the flesh!  Please be advised that pet portraits remain the property of the artist and will remain in the possession of the artist until paid for in full.

In the unlikely event that you should be unhappy with your pet portrait all effort will be made to correct any area/s of dissatisfaction.  Should I be unable to adjust your pet portrait to your complete satisfaction you will be under no obligation to pay the balance of monies due, your deposit will be refunded and any photographs that have been provided will be returned to you at my expense.

Methods of payment can be in the form of direct deposit, bank cheque, money order, personal cheque, and cash.  

Yee-Haa! Artistry accepts Paypal only for customers who reside outside of Australia.
